Description(English)	Well-being is now the focus of attention due to the changing values of humankind. As the era has progressed from economic growth to spiritual growth, the well-being industry is expected to grow. Against this background, "Hand Still" was born from a well-being management class at Keio University Graduate School (SDM) in Japan. Well-being is expected to have various effects. For example, people who are well-being have a longer life expectancy of 10 years, higher productivity, and so on.
Description(Native)	今、well-beingは人類の価値観が変化したことによって注目されています。時代が経済成長から心の成長に進展したことで、well-being産業の成長が期待されています。そのような背景から、「Hand Still」は日本の慶應義塾大学大学院（SDM）のwell-being Managementの授業から誕生しました。well-beingには様々な効果が期待されています。例えば、well-beingの人は寿命が10年長くなる、生産性が高い、など。Hand Stillは日本の慶應義塾大学院でレクチャーしている「well-beingを意図的に生み出すシステムデザイン方法論」が使用されています。その中には、well-being研究者「Takashi Maeno」が発表している、well-beingを向上させる4つの因子が組み込まれています。また、「美とwell-beingに関する研究」から創造力を高めることによる、well-beingの高め方が含まれています。
