Description(English)	Lucid Dream” renews an apartment for a tech-minded husband and an art-loving wife. All windows are upgraded with acoustic frames and heat-insulating film. Semi-matte tiles and KD PP-board veneers add warmth and texture, with KEIM mineral paint on feature walls and low-VOC latex paint elsewhere for healthier air. A titanium-clad beam forms a sculptural divider. Anti-glare downlights on magnetic tracks provide flexible lighting. Enhanced windows and finishes boost daylight by 43%, while better insulation and lighting cut energy use by 18%. The design blends precision and creativity for a rational yet poetic home.
Description(Native)	本案為一間 92 ㎡ 中古公寓，「Lucid Dream」透過精簡細膩手法，營造介於清醒與夢境之間的居住氛圍。全室窗戶全面換為隔音氣密窗，客廳及主臥玻璃加貼專業隔熱膜，減少近 30% 太陽熱能入侵。公領域地坪用 60 × 120 cm 半霧面磁磚，牆面與天花板採 KD PP 板木皮鋪設，兼具溫潤質感與耐用性。空間中央大樑以 CNC 鈦金屬面板包覆，成為客廳與書房間的雕塑隔屏。主臥與餐廳牆面用凱恩礦物塗料，其餘為得利低VOC乳膠漆，有效降低室內污染。照明採防眩光嵌燈與磁吸軌道，燈具可依需求調整。雙陽台形成自然對流，CO₂ 水平穩定低於 700ppm。窗面放大與反射面優化後，自然採光提升 43%，年能耗降低 18%。設計理念結合男主科技精準與女主藝術溫度，讓理性與詩意在家中共存。
