Description(English)	In 2025, JONGGA held “KIMCHI BLAST TOKYO” to reintroduce kimchi in a fresh, exciting way. Centered on the question “How do you love kimchi?”, the exhibition featured Tokyo-inspired visuals, a docent video by HOSHI, sizzling kimchi imagery, and JONGGA’s signature patterns. An immersive space expressed the mellow, umami-rich “MAROYAKA” flavor of aged kimchi. Reflecting Japan’s “JITAN” (quick cooking) trend, 24 original recipes were created—three shown in manga-style displays, the rest shared online. Visitors collected “Layered Cards” across five zones, revealing hidden graphics and messages when stacked or matched to the building exterior.
Description(Native)	도쿄 전시장 외벽에는 “당신은 김치를 어떻게 사랑하나요?”라는 질문과 함께 관람객의 응답을 반영한 진화형 콘텐츠가 전시되었고, 내부는 지글지글한 김치 이미지와 종가 시그니처 패턴으로 감각적이고 몰입감 있는 분위기를 연출했다. 5개의 테마 존에서는 관람객에게 ‘레이어드 카드’가 제공되었고, 다섯 장을 모두 모아 겹쳐 쌓거나 외벽에 맞추면 숨겨진 그래픽과 메시지가 드러나는 설계를 통해 전시 경험이 외부로 확장되도록 기획되었다. 또한, 20가지 이상의 재료로 만든 종가김치의 본질을 오감으로 체험할 수 있는 몰입형 아트 공간이 마련되어, 투명 아크릴 패널 9장에 재료 일러스트를 겹겹이 배치해 유산균, 발효, 숙성의 조화를 시각적으로 표현하고 마로야카한 풍미를 전달했다. 일본 요리 인플루언서들과의 협업으로 개발된 24가지 김치 레시피 중 3개는 전시장 내 만화 인스톨레이션으로 소개되었으며, 일본의 ‘지탄’ 트렌드를 반영해 빠른 조리법을 시각적 스토리텔링과 함께 선보였다.
