Description(English)	To define a vacation home, the designer adopted laminated wood flooring and timber façade to shape a solid, dark, dominant tone. An antique finish viscount white granite slab, sand-textured paint, and curved shelving coordinated with a travertine stone TV wall contribute to the tranquility of Mother Nature. Additionally, the open planned public space accommodates gatherings and allows the homeowners to care for other family members in different areas. Besides, the work team initially included a smart home automation system to implement lighting and ambiance control, energy and air quality management, etc., facilitating convenient living.
Description(Native)	清新海風相偕柔煦天光吹拂入內，灌注漫室的明亮舒心，伴隨周圍純樸緻密的天然紋理，織就入住深林旅店般的怡然放鬆感，使造訪此處的人們遠離外界喧囂，靜享美好假期時光。本案運用各式照明結合精緻家具展現質感，甫入玄關，天壁兩側的帶狀間接照明發想自機場跑道燈，令業主一家遠行而來時，可沐浴於迎賓柔光的溫馨暖意中，而左右燈帶分別以直線、L型延伸至電視牆盡頭與廚房入口，創造場域漸次放大的視覺效果，步向宅內，氤氳的水霧火爐、橙色皮革軟裝層層引導目光落入餐廳吊燈點綴的端景，循序漸進呈遞空間亮點、光影堆疊的豐富層次。思及屋主家中長輩及幼子，全案皆規劃無門檻的無障礙地坪，輔以F1等級的低甲醛綠建材，建構安全無礙的無毒場所，且配合位於高樓層、鄰近海港的案場特色，於陽台鋪設人工草皮、擺置室外椅，予以家庭成員一同貼近自然、齊享美景的遊憩環境。此案替公區櫃體與廚房、私領域的出入口選用木作隱藏門，消弭儲物間存在感、為公領域塑造如同接待會所的齊整畫面同時，顧及休憩區域隱私性，另於玄關設置獨立的鞋櫃衣帽間，提供擺置行李箱、高爾夫球具等大型物件，主、次臥也各自規劃結合梳化桌的更衣間、大型壁櫃，充分滿足業主一家的收納需求。
