Description(English)	'ARTE' is an artistic tea house located at the center of a residential complex, harmonizing with surrounding water features and juniper trees to create a unified and symbolic space. Inspired by traditional Korean eaves and flowing water, its sculptural form blends modern design with elegance. Efficient spatial planning integrates functional elements like basement ventilation, while the second floor is dedicated entirely to rest. Equipped with climate control and air purification, ARTE offers year-round comfort, and its lighting doubles as artistic features, making it a distinctive community landmark.
Description(Native)	예술을 뜻하는 티하우스 ‘ARTE’는 아파트 단지 내 중앙 커뮤니티 공간에 위치하고 있으며 주변 수경시설과 조선 향나무가 배치되어 있는 작가정원과의 조화를 통해 하나의 어우러진 예술 공간으로서 이용객들에게 높은 만족감을 제공하였습니다. 수직, 수평적 요소를 적용하여 모던하면서도 안정감이 느껴지는 티하우스가 특징이며 조명과 수경시설을 적극 활용하여 단지내의 랜드마크로서 많은 이용객들이 휴식을 취할 수 있는 감성적인 공간입니다. 단순한 휴게시설의 개념을 떠나 복합적이고 예술적인 공간이며, 휴게시설인 티하우스의 경우 유기적인 물을 형상화한 조형물과 측면 지붕라인은 한옥의 처마에서 영감을 받은 곡선 라인을 재해석하여 중후하면서 고급스러운 분위기가 특징인 휴게시설입니다. 제한된 조경 공간으로 인해 DA (지하실의 환기를 위한 공간 )실을 'ARTE' 1층 내부 공간에 위치하여 조경공간의 효율을 높였으며 2층 전체를 휴게공간으로 분리하여 이용자들의 편의성을 극대화하였습니다. 디자인 뿐만 아니라 기본적인 기능에 충실합니다. 사계절이 뚜렷한 대한민국의 기후에 대응하여 언제든 사용할 수 있도록 밀폐된 공간과 공기청정 기능이 탑재된 냉난방기가 설치되어있습니다. 휴게시설의 경관조명은 예술 오브제로 기능을 하게 하여 ‘ARTE’ 만의 특별한 공간을 제공하였습니다.
