Description(English)	This Tianjin residence channels the homeowner’s love for Korean minimalist aesthetics and a laid-back lifestyle. The space flows freely without rigid partitions, mirroring Tianjin’s open and inclusive urban spirit. Warm tones are complemented by cool silver metal and glass partitions, achieving both zoning and visual openness. Subtle metallic elements provide structure and cohesion, while a vivid vermilion wall at the entrance offers a surprising focal point, energizing the serene interior. The design embodies the essence of unbounded living and emotional ease.
Description(Native)	本项目是一处融合韩式简约与城市气质的住宅设计。屋主曾在韩国留学，对极简、松弛、富有生活感的空间格外偏爱。设计师尊重其个性，不以风格为导向，而是着眼于居住者的真实需求与生活节奏，通过空间、材质与色彩语言共同编织出一个具有独特温度的生活场域。 在空间布局上，客厅与餐厅之间摒弃了传统的隔断，取而代之的是自然流动的场景关系，模糊的界线使功能得以融合与渗透，呈现出一种轻盈、开放、自由的空间状态。这种布局不仅回应了居者不喜拘束的个性，也暗合天津这座城市的精神气质——兼容并包、松弛有度。 整体空间以暖色调为基调，木质肌理与白色墙面交织，营造出温润纯净的氛围。而在公共与私密空间的分界处，银色金属与通透玻璃构成的隔断巧妙介入，带来冷调与秩序感的节奏对比，在视觉轻盈中完成功能划分。 银色金属元素被巧妙运用在家具与灯具中，曲折有致的金属线条，如空间的骨架，在散漫中建立起无声的秩序；而入口处那一抹大胆的朱红墙面，则打破整体的克制，成为激发空间活力的焦点，为日常注入一份恰到好处的惊喜。整体设计展现了设计师与居住者理念融合的成果，更释放出超越美学的空间生命力。
