Description(English)	In this 480-square-meter luxury space, OPS Design emulates top - tier mansions. It understands elite needs, interprets contemporary Oriental aesthetics, and aims to spread art, culture, and the Oriental spirit, crafting a dream home for future collectors. Guided by "The Night Revels of Han Xizai", the design incorporates scenes such as pipa - listening, flute - playing, screen - side resting, drum - accompanied dancing, and post - banquet listening into modern living. By drawing on traditional etiquette, it tells an Oriental garden story with a vivid narrative.
Description(Native)	全球未来藏家生活方式、作为万科集团南方区域旗下的高端系列、瑧藏会如皇冠之上的明珠 在这480平的奢阔空间里，OPS观致设计对标顶级豪宅社区，解读精英人群需求，诠释当代东方美学，旨在将其作为一个艺术文化和东方精神的传播体，创造契合未来藏家内心深处的幸福居所。 设计以《韩熙载夜宴图》的艺术篇章为索引，将卷轴中端听琵琶、玉人清吹、画屏小憩、击鼓伴舞、宴罢聆听等场景置入当代居住空间中，汲取传统礼仪文化理念，描摹了一个东方叙事感的游园故事。 万科SIC65公馆探索了一个现代东方居所的故事，在悠悠画卷中进行着一场酣畅淋漓的跨时空对话，表达了一种对于遥远文化的渴慕，对感官欢愉的欲求，以及对历史和东方人文的激赏。
