Description(English)	Following the breathtaking natural scenery and positioning of the building, we present the theme of a tropical resort rich in natural ambiance and purifying both the body and soul. Bringing the outdoor villa facilities such as rest areas, hot spring pools, and gazebos indoors. We artfully incorporate a vast amount of natural wood veneer. Using original and lightweight materials, we marvelously realize a refreshing and casual haven yet effortlessly stylish. It's a leisurely and inviting abode that appeals to individuals of all ages.
Description(Native)	配合窗外的山河海景與建案定位，以富含自然氣息、可充分洗滌身心的南洋度假風作為此次主題，將休憩區、泡湯池與發呆亭等戶外villa設施放入室內，搭配窗外景緻，讓人即使位處都會區，也能感受舒適的假期氛圍，延續此調性，內部鋪陳大量木皮，綴以藤編、布幔、編織板材與木質家具，透過原生、輕盈感的材質，予人清透、隨性的自在環境，同時亦融合鐵件、水泥塗料、地磚、放射光壁燈，帶入些許工業、現代風範，打造一處老少咸宜休閒寓所。 彰顯南洋風的自然特性，我們將木質運用於百葉簾、天花板與地板，並將末者架高、置入燈帶，令一座懸浮於空的山間樹屋躍然眼前，使人置身森境之餘，也巧藉高低地坪分界休憩區域與機能空間。 溫泉池作為此建案的一大特點，我們將其置於場域中央，並規劃冷、熱兩泉，四周預留排水溝槽讓溢出的泉水可順利排出，周遭地坪也選用具防水特性的石粉材質，天花板則採用防潮、耐高溫的木紋美耐板，一旁梁柱呼應浴池色調、材質，以深色石材搭配黑鏡，形塑連貫一體的和諧感受，同時達至放大空間的視覺效果。
