Description(English)	Occupying a whole level of a historic research facility in the city center of Shanghai, JFR Studio adopted the 500-sqm space to showcase the modern work/live environment and the studio’s accolades for over the past decade. While retaining the unique structural elements as part of the design aesthetics, the atelier implemented sustainable strategies including intelligent mechanical and lighting systems, eco-friendly materials like micro-cement, maximum natural ventilation and exposure, and recycled furniture and cabinetry. Multi-media conference rooms, material library and other communal areas encourage all kinds of exchanges and activities.
Description(Native)	JFR Studio租用上海市区一个历史悠久的研究所的三楼作为新办公室的地点，设计师在设计过程中非常注重保留和尊重原有建筑的历史特征。通过提取JFR的标志性几何线条，在保留旧建筑的基础上，注入了现代设计元素，使得新旧完美融合。这种设计手法不仅体现了对历史的尊重，也为旧建筑注入了新的活力。 整个办公空间充分利用了自然光，通过合理的布局和窗户设计，使得自然光线能够均匀地照射到办公空间的每一个角落。同时，为了适应不同时间和场合的需求，设计师们还引入了多功能智能灯光系统，通过调节光线的色温和亮度，创造出多样化的氛围。用简单纯粹的环保材料，如微水泥、木材和天然石材。这些材料不仅美观耐用，而且低碳环保，符合可持续发展的理念。 整体办公空间在设计之初充分考虑了员工的需求和工作方式的变化。通过设置接待区、不同大小的会议室以及开放式办公区，设计师们创造了一个灵活敏捷的工作环境。 JFR Studio在整个办公室设计项目中展现了其卓越的设计能力和对环境保护的承诺。通过创新的设计手法、环保材料的使用以及旧办公室家具的再利用，不仅为员工创造了一个舒适、健康和高效的工作环境，也为旧建筑的再利用和可持续发展提供了一个优秀的范例。
