Description(English)	Most of the traffic accidents occur in blind spots. Many convex mirror are installed for this, but it is difficult to accurately determine the distance while driving. This occurs because it is difficult to care about the convex mirror while driving. Signal Convex Mirror combines a distance measurement camera and LED lighting to attach to an existing convex mirror. It calculates the distance between the expected collision section through the camera installed at the top, and turns on a red light when approaching within 50m and a green light when it is safe, which is charged through the solar generator on the back.
Description(Native)	2022년 OECD 국가 통계에 따르면 교통사고의 사상자 수는 약 210만 명이다. 그중 사각지대에서 발생하는 교통사고가 대부분을 차지했다. 이는 음주운전, 졸음운전과 달리 사각지대에서 발생하는 사고는 운전자가 주의를 기울여도 자주 발생한다. 이를 해결하기 위해 많은 도로 반사경이 설치되어있지만, 운전 중에는 도로 반사경이 있어도 정확한 거리 판단이 어렵고, 특히 밤과 악천우에는 맞은편 차량을 인식하기가 어렵다. 도로 반사경의 이러한 문제점을 보안하기 위해 만들어진 Signal Convex Mirror은 기존 반사경에 거리 측정 카메라와 LED 조명을 결합시켜 기존 반사경의 문제를 해결할 수 있는 아이디어이다. 상단에 설치된 카메라를 통해 충돌 예상 구간의 거리를 계산하여, 50m 이내에 접근하면 빨간 불, 안전할 때는 초록불이 켜지게 된다. 또한 이는 뒷면의 태양광 발전기를 통해 충전된다. 이 제품은 운전 중 반사경의 위치와 맞은편 차량에 대한 정보를 신호등처럼 쉽고 확실하게 제공하여 어두워서 맞은편 차량을 인식하기 힘든 밤 시간대나 악천후에 더욱 효과적이다.
