Description(English)	Towels are always hanging in the bathroom, but the letters on them have no more value than promotional material. We had a question : How could the letters on the towels be more valuable? That’s why we made TOWEL BOOK, a book in a towel. The title of TOWEL BOOK is ‘Homing Instinct’, which metaphorically expressed towel that we meet at home everyday after work. We selelcted two essays of Seul-Ah Lee : ‘Eyes towards outside’ & ‘Too much love will kill you’ We put the key phrase of an essay on a towel, and made small-sized booklet of full essay so you can read it comfortably in bathroom. A package includes two towels and one booklet in it.
Description(Native)	수건은 피부에 직접 닿는 제품이자 오랜 기간 사용하는 생활필수품입니다. 하지만 화장실에 항시 걸려있음에도 불구하고 수건에 적혀있는 글자는 판촉물 그 이상의 가치를 지니지 못합니다. 저희는 '수건에 적혀있는 글자가 더 나은 가치를 지닐 수 있지 않을까?’라는 생각을 하게 되었고, 수건에 관해 탐구하던 중 서랍 속 정렬된 수건의 모습에서 책장에 꽂혀있는 책들과 형태적으로 유사한 지점을 발견하였습니다. 그렇게 생활용품 그 이상의 가치를 지닐 수 있는 책을 담은 수건인 타월북(Towelbook)을 제작하게 되었습니다. 타월북의 글은 수건과 같이 일상적인 소재와 어울리는 이슬아 작가의 글을 담았습니다. 이슬아 작가와 함께한 타월북 제품의 타이틀은 ‘귀소본능'으로, 이는 할 일을 마치고 집으로 돌아와 매일같이 얼굴을 맞대는 수건을 은유적으로 표현한 것입니다. 해당 타이틀 아래 이슬아 작가의 <두 눈은 바깥을 향해>, <투 머취 러브 윌 킬 유> 두 가지 에세이를 담았습니다. 수건에는 에세이를 관통하는 핵심 문장이 담겨있고, 에세이 전문은 화장실에서 편하게 읽을 수 있도록 작은 사이즈의 소책자로 제작해 두 개의 수건과 함께 패키지에 담았습니다.
