Description(English)	The design introduces the philosophical view and mathematical method of “system whitenization” in gray system into the field of user experience measurement, and designed a new user experience measurement method, which breaks through the original macro measurement method, realizes the personalized measurement combining product service characteristics tightly, and improves the guiding role of user experience measurement tools on Internet product iteration. “Didi Freight”, Compared with v1.0, the total score of user experience has increased by 4.2%.
Description(Native)	在体验经济的大环境下，人们更加追求持续互动、多元深入的服务体验。互联网产品是否给用户带来了良好的体验成为了产品成功的关键，也是产品能否提升市场占有率、获得更长久生命周期的重要因素。本研究将灰色系统理论的哲学观与数学方法引入到用户体验度量领域，以同城货运互联网产品为例，构建了用户体验度量系统。使用扎根理论和灰数学方法建立了用户体验度量模型，并以模型为核心设计了用户体验度量工具型产品GDO。GDO用于互联网企业内部，其作用在于使用一套科学且行之有效的量化评估标准，立体地对互联网产品进行观测，反馈量化的体验结果，以此直观地观察产品体验的优劣，助力产品迭代优化。 该设计将灰色系统理论的“系统白化”哲学观与数学方法引入用户体验度量领域，创新了一种新的体验度量方法，突破了原来的宏观度量方法，实现了深度结合产品服务特征的个性化度量，提升了用户体验度量工具对互联网产品迭代的指导作用。同城货运互联网产品“滴滴货运”在GDO的体验度量和策略输出下持续进行版本迭代，其v2.0版本与v1.0版本相比，19个二级指标有所提升，用户体验总评分上升4.2%。
