Description(English)	100BAN is a Korean restaurant based on Baekban for tourists. They can experience the Korean food culture, Baekban. Global awareness of Baekban has lacked, though increasing interest in Korean food. That's because globally promoted dishes like bibimbap could be introduced with one dish, but Baekban could not. It is designed to help foreigners who are new to Korean food can easily understand the taste and ingredients of food. It was reinterpreted the five-colors-five-tastes of Korean food. Color means taste, Shape means ingredients. The banchan modules were gathered to complete the Baekban table.
Description(Native)	100BAN은 외국인 관광객을 대상으로 한 한국의 식문화인 백반을 알리고 체험할 수 있는 브랜드입니다. 식당에 가면 다양한 반찬이 나오는 모습은 한국인에게 너무나도 익숙하지만, 외국인에게는 놀라운 광경입니다. 한식에 대한 세계적 관심은 증가하는데도 비빔밥과 같은 일품요리 위주로 알려진 탓에 백반은 아직 생소하기 때문입니다. 100BAN은 한식을 처음 접하는 외국인도 음식의 맛과 재료를 쉽게 알 수 있도록 디자인했습니다. 한식의 오색 오미를 재해석하여, 반찬 모듈의 색은 반찬의 맛을 나타내고 도형은 반찬의 주재료를 나타냅니다. 이러한 모듈을 활용해 반찬과 국을 조화롭게 조합해 백반 한 상을 구성할 수 있습니다. 외국인 관광객은 100BAN을 통해 나만의 백반을 구성하면서 백반의 다양성을 흥미롭게 즐길 수 있습니다.
