Description(English)	The design team chooses to reinterpret the origin of food culture - from the basic act of survival to the pursuit of spiritual satisfaction. Through a series of spatial experiences inspired by the passion and philosophy of the HIK9 culinary team, guests are invited to explore and celebrate the relationship between nature - the ingredients, and artistry - the methodology with chefs during the preparation and dining process. Combining customized materials, textures, lighting, artwork and excellent craftsmanship, the design and operation team of HIK9 strive together to cultivate an exceptional journey that is truly a treat to all senses.
Description(Native)	该项目是一家黑珍珠排行榜上榜餐厅的私厨，餐厅主人和JFR Studio的设计师达成共识，为好友和常客在这个快速迭代，在都市生活压力下的人们里提供的一个私密自在的享受美食之处。在HIK9 他们可以和朋友、家人尽情享受美味食材和定制服务。 和普通的餐厅相比，HIK9拥有由喜马拉雅岩特制的干式熟成室，开放的食材储存区和藏有丰富的红酒品类的专业酒窖。 餐厅设计了循序渐进的动线，客人可以在入口的威士忌吧休息或者品尝美酒，通过LOGO墙和干式熟成室组成的走廊来到用餐区，开放式厨房可以使大家直观地欣赏专业厨艺，也给大家带来健康信任的氛围。 随着城市化和现代化的进程，大楼里的自行车停车库因实用面积较小，很大一块面积为推行的斜坡而成为废弃无用的场地，业主和设计师将此地利用起来，设计中巧妙地将私厨分为三个部分：一处是停放区的平台部分现在成为了用餐区和开始厨房；推行的坡道部分则被设计成了酒窖。而通道现在成为了给客人休息的威士忌吧。 泛光化的照明和围合形式的用餐区给人温馨、私密的感觉。在材料上的运用也充分满足了业主和消费者视觉体验，空间里用了大量原木和潘多拉大理石，以及含有铜粒的水磨地坪、定制的金属制品和盐灯等艺术品的结合。 人与自然向来就是互相索取与共生的关系， 设计师重新思考在都市背景下，回归食物的本源，把单纯解决“食”的问题，升级到满足“食”的过程中得到精神层面的追求。它通过有别于传统餐厅的设计思维，让人的情感和空间的格调都得到饱满的表达。
