Description(English)	Japanese barbequemaster Kentaro Nakahara perfects his craft in Tokyo, and has created his own exclusive menu of omakase yakiniku dishes that has been praised as the ‘Hermès of the barbeque world’. This project is his third restaurant globally that features this particular menu. Located in Shenzhen’s central business district, it promotes the values of exquisite cuisine and the master chef’s craftsmanship. Based on the deep understanding of the brand’s essence, the design team conceived the restaurant in exactly the right way, with the expectation of conveying its modern Eastern spirit that exemplifies its presence in a globalized era.
Description(Native)	炭火和牛是承续了日本传统料理精华并吸收韩国、美国多种文化的新式现代料理，日本烧肉巨匠中原健太郎在东京将其演绎到极致，开创了独属于自己的一套omakase烧肉料理菜单，被誉为“烤肉界的爱马仕”。本案为其主理的全球第三家店，位于深圳CBD中心区位，秉持极致的料理+名厨匠心。设计师深谙该品牌的精髓并使之恰如其分地具象化，以期传递这一全球化时代下的当代东方精神。藏于参天入云的摩天大楼之下，匿于栉比鳞次的玻璃幕墙之中，宛如日本家徽图案的“炎”字LOGO从门店临街的玻璃门上映射出低调的光环，也倒映着郁郁葱葱的疏影层叠，自然绿意与钢筋水泥的都市背景交织出神秘未来感的场所氛围。一道深黑的墙面衔接玻璃幕墙，去除任何花俏的图案或纹理装饰，仅留有金铜色的店名提醒来访者，火烧钢板背后藏着整个美味和牛烧肉世界。
