Description(English)	Snail Garden is an outdoor amusement facility located in Mt. Jung-jeong, Busan. There were some challenging factor when initiating the project since it is located in the top of hill and place was not not child-friendly. Thus the project is designed to suggest a new form of urban playgrounds. This snail series was inspired by the origami method and designed with a functional purpose. These 6 different sculpture-like items are not only for children but also for families. Each item has the functions like playground slides, climbing, exiting holes, and bench. Used Gelcoat as finishing material that is safe and not cold to human body.
Description(Native)	달팽이 가든은 이곳을 찾는 아이들만이 아닌 가족단위의 관람객들을 위한 조형물이자 놀이시설이다. 각각 미끄럼틀, 오르내리기, 구멍 빠져나가기, 크고 작은 벤치 등의 기능을 가진 이 시리즈는 어린이 뿐 아니라 어른들에게도 새로운 경험을 제공한다. 달팽이 가든은 거꾸로 가는 시계를 중심으로 햇살같은 컬러의 달팽이들이 모여있는 풀밭이다. 누구에게나 돌아가고 싶은 시간들이 있고 영원히 멈춰버리기를 바랐던 순간들이 있다. 이 장소는 찬란했던 순간들이 현재로 존재할 것 같은 그 시간대로의 느린 여행을 주제로 디자인되었다. 이 컨셉의 표현을 위해 각각의 달팽이는 아날로그적인 감성을 지닌 종이접기(Origami) 방식에 기본으로 두고 디자인되었다. 안전하고 완만한 놀이시설 겸 조형물로서, 달팽이의 내부 공간은 바닥에 미끄럼 방지 돌기가 설치되어 있다. 또한 달팽이라는 친숙한 캐릭터와 비비드한 컬러는 숲속에서도 쉽게 인지되며, 마감재로 Gelcoat를 사용하여 인체접촉에 차갑지 않으면서도 안전하다.
