Description(English)	Xiling AI sign language platform provides digital sign language translation services for the hearing impaired online and offline. Online scenarios： The AI Sign Language Platform can synthesize sign language into ordinary video or live broadcast, translate text and speech into sign language, which covers online scenarios of viewing image, video and live broadcast. Offline scenarios： Applied in public service places, the All-in-one Sign Language Interpreter helps hearing impaired access information equally and removes communication barriers with service personnel. It can be directly applied to the service window without construction.
Description(Native)	根据相关专业调研统计，目前中国听障人士近2780W左右。占全世界听障人士总和的39%。手语翻译人员不超过1W人。手语翻译缺失问题亟待解决。 曦灵AI手语平台可以在线上和线下不同场景中为听障人士提供数字人手语翻译服务。 线上场景： AI 手语平台可实现普通视频合成为手语视频、实时直播中增加手语画面、文字翻译为手语、语音实时翻译为手语等多种效果。覆盖了图文、视频、直播三大线上场景。 线下场景: 手语翻译一体机嵌入了AI手语平台的核心功能，能够实现语音识别，手语翻译和数字人渲染。一体机可直接应用在现有的服务窗口，快速实现无障碍窗口建设，无需任何工程改造。重点覆盖医院、警察局、银行、机场、车站等关键场景。帮助听障人群更平等的获取信息。打通听障用户与服务人员的沟通屏障。 数字人手语三个关键挑战：语音识别的清晰度，手语翻译的准确性和手语动作的流畅性。 为了解决语音识别清晰度问题，平台使用百度自主研发的SMLTA语音识别模型，通过集成声学和语言实现端到端建模语音识别。 在手语翻译的准确性和精细化方面，百度构建了第一个基于神经网络的手语翻译模型，精细化程度可控，可以从词序调整、词映射、长度控制等真实数据中自动学习手语翻译知识，生成符合听障人士习惯的自然手语。 为保证手语动作的流畅性，AI手语平台基于国家通用手语词典，利用其“动作融合算法”对近11000个动作进行了排序，使所有数字手语手势都具有真人手语的连贯性和表达性。此外，在4D扫描技术的帮助下，口型生成的精度优化了98.5%。
