Description(English)	In order to put low-carbon office into practice, Kuaishou creates Qingque Interview, a collaborative office system through AI technology. Based on the human-centered design, Qingque Interview builds an unbiased evaluation system to reduce age, gender, and education discrimination.It allows candidates to take interviews via any devices, anytime and anywhere. The system provides a variety of interactive tools, which extends the interactive expression between candidates and interviewers. Qingque Interview is committed to improving fairness and efficiency, also reducing social operating costs.
Description(Native)	为有效实践低碳办公，快手已将全球范围的面试转为线上，并在实践过程中利用AI技术打造出广泛适用的协同办公产品——轻雀面试，为求职者与企业通过在线视频，进行人力资源匹配服务。 基于以人为中心的设计理念，通过无偏见测评与反馈机制，消除年龄、学历、性别歧视等不公平事件的发生，为企业和面试者创造更加公平公正的求职环境。该系统设计了多种场景的使用体验，在电脑、手机、平板等设备中人们可以随时随地进行面试。提供置物台式的界面布局设计与柔和拟物的功能图形设计，帮助初次使用的求职者轻松上手。该系统同时设计了代码考核、简历预览、白板、屏幕共享、即时聊天、面试评价、轻记等多种互动工具降低面试复杂性，满足不同职业的面试沟通诉求，充分延伸与增强了候选人与面试官之间互动表达的能力。 轻雀面试为每一位用户提供了跨越职业与场景的专业线上面试服务，致力于通过协同办公服务创新，促进面试官和求职者无障碍沟通交流，提升公平与效率，降低社会运行成本。
