Description(English)	The whole space revolves around the functions of shared space: meeting room, coffee bar, art hall and other basic office functions.Extracted the broken line elements of the sculpture. For the art hall in the air yard, we used mirror stainless steel to build the ceiling.The mirror ceiling further elongates and deepens the effect of space, enriching the visual level.The floor to ceiling Windows look across the Lujiazui Finance and Trade Zone, offering a view of the city.The main light fiber optic art installation enhances the artistry of the space.
Description(Native)	01 场地 北外滩作为外滩的延伸，这里拥有丰富的文化资源和深厚的历史积淀，南面隔江与陆家嘴金融贸易区相望，延绵起伏的古典建筑群和对岸的摩天大楼尽收眼底，与外滩、陆家嘴形成三足鼎立之势，共同构成黄金三角。历史建筑与城市天际线新旧交织，历史文化的延续与持续生长的新基因共存。上海国华金融中心作为北外滩的新基因，其空间、造型与外表皮呈现出雕塑般的特质，与周围环境相呼应。 02 理念 设计团队提取建筑的折线元素，通过相对自由的雕塑性而建造一个办公空间。通过雕塑常用的重复并列叠加相交得到正负空间，正空间则是一个被限定的空间，负空间则是通过掏空一个已存在的实体而产生的。 03 空间 开敞的前区中庭设计，落地窗前与陆家嘴金融贸易区相望，一览无余的城市景致尽收眼底。主灯光纤艺术装置强化了空间的艺术性。镜面材料天花对空间进一步拉长深化的效果，丰富视觉层次。 室内空间的界定，利用体块与线面形态进行划分。不规则多面体的运用，使雕塑的概念在空间中延续。大面积超白玻璃代替厚重墙体，轻薄的线条边框隐匿其中，会议室的物理分区体量被减至最小。超白玻璃承载了功能划分的同时，也模糊了空间的界限，还原了绝佳的城市天际线风景。 独立小型办公室承载了办公时必要的社交属性，要在满足私密性的基础上尽可能的开放空间。皮革承载着丰富而厚重的纹理，利落的线条丰富视觉，营造出大气优雅的氛围。设计师利用精致的线性细节设计元素强调商务办公的设计背景，搭配造型感极强的品牌家具，点缀当代艺术饰品，营造一个精致细腻的顶级商务空间。
