Description(English)	Fab Labs is a space where ideas can be realized by sharing digital equipment and open-source hardware. It is currently operated in about 130 cities in 36 countries and loved by many countries as it is connected with global networking. From these characteristics, Graphic motifs are conceived as creating new things. so I suggest new brand identity using a digital combination of squares. Fab lab's mission is to bring together resources aimed at creating almost everything. It has created a variety of applications that can be used in fab labs to make a new brand experience.
Description(Native)	팹랩(FAB LAB)은 팹랩에서 제공하는 기술들과 거기서 만나는 인연들로 다양한 창작물들을 만들 수 있는 공간으로 현재 전 세계 36개국에 약 130곳에 운영되며 글로벌 네트워킹으로 연결되어 많은 나라들에게 사랑받는 공간이다. 그러나 현재 팹랩의 브랜딩은 자신들이 지향하는 목표와 가치가 확실하게 전달하기 어려우며 글로벌하게 연결되어있는 특성을 반영하지 못하고 있다. 이 공간의 특성에서 모티브를 얻어 다양한 조각들이 모여 새로운 것들을 창조해낸다는 것에 착안하여 기본 형태 중 하나인 사각형들이 모여 만들어 내는 디지털적인 조합 형태의 로고를 제안한다. 디자인 키워드를 디지털, 조합, 플렉서블, 기본 형태로 설정하였고, 다른 공유공간과의 차별성을 띄는 디지털이 중심인 공유작업 공간으로써의 이미지를 중점적으로 생각하여 깔끔하고 기하학적인 형태를 기본으로 각 나라에 맞게 플렉서블한 로고를 디자인하였다. 한 가지 형태의 조합와 그에 따른 변형의 다양함으로 팹랩이 지향하는 자원들이 모여 거의 모든 것을 만들어내겠다는 팹랩의 미션을 담고자 했다. 팹랩에서 사용할 수 있는 다양한 어플리케이션과 처음 팹랩을 접해보는 사람들에게 제공할 수 있는 안내책자, 전용서체, 전용 아이콘, 전용 패턴을 만들어 사용자들이 새로운 브랜드 경험을 할 수 있도록 리브랜딩했다.
