Description(English)	We are committed to providing more accessible and convenient interactive experience to patients in an intelligent way. 1. Breaking the space restriction and relying on Baidu advanced technology, Baidu Health functions in multi-platforms to rapid response to users' health demands. 2. The online scenes are mimicked from the offline hospital business process, which alleviating the sense of alienation. It fully reflects the emotional design, making the communication more immersive. 3. The intelligent interactive template realizes the intellectual diagnosis and treatment question answering system and intelligent pre-diagnosis guidance.
Description(Native)	我们致力于用智慧化方式给病患提供更加可及性和便捷性的互动体验，并围绕多端场景提供多元化体验服务设计。 1. 打破空间桎梏，依托百度核心能力，多载体全方位响应用户健康诉求。首创了以直播场景为抓手的科普直播+问诊服务模式，用户在观看直播的过程中直接触达医生。 2. 线下场景线上映射，缓解在线的疏离感，充分体现情感化设计，使沟通更具沉浸感。模拟线下医院打印处方单样式等，将无情感的界面转化成用户熟悉的可感知的形态。 3. AI智能交互互动模板，实现智能诊疗对话模型，智能分析预诊导诊，通过AI学习构建适合临床辅助诊断的体验流程，深度将筛查、自测、诊断等多环节嵌入到诊疗流程中，自然、及时、流畅的应答患者提问，极大的提升了诊疗效率。 “搜索代表着群众基础，AI则是技术能量。”百度健康发挥搜索入口直达服务的优势，通过搜索快速连接人与信息、人与服务，形成了知识服务、在线咨询服务、健康商城服务、慢病管理服务以及互联网医院服务五大服务体系。同时，基于百度强大的AI和技术实力，实现在海量搜索数据个性化表达中非常真实和直接地获取用户的意图，并且能够把它智慧化地连接到所提供的服务上。利用大数据对患者和医生进行有价值的匹配引导。疫情期间，百度健康和政府合作打造智能诊疗系统解决方案，帮助人们快速获得智能化诊断、在线诊疗和心理疏导等帮助，帮助无症状用户进行预防，高危患者及时获得诊疗建议。
