Description(English)	As with modern architecture, if it is a 120-year-old building with accumulated time and history, we have difficulty in daring to determine or estimate its value. So, we have planned with the highest priority on establishing a new brand story based on the accumulated time and establishing it as a cultural space. This place contains Made forest "MADE 林", which embodies the brand's philosophy as a forest of culture, and may-dream, a brand that embodies the essence of rest and wishes for nature in the DNA of humans who wish to return to nature.
Description(Native)	현대의 건축물도 그렇지만 시간과 역사가 축적된 120년의 건물이라면 그 가치는 감히 우리가 책정하거나 헤아리기 어렵다. 그래서 우리는 축적된 시간 위에 브랜드의 이야기를 새로이 새겨 문화 공간으로 자리 잡는 것을 최우선 가치로 두고 기획하였다. 시간을 품은 고유한 스토리는 신축 건물에서 느낄 수 없고, 집합적 기억의 응축들이 보존해야 될 보편적 가치이자 문화의 결과가 될 것이라고 생각했기 때문이다. 교회의 기존 마감재인 벽돌과 스테인드글라스와 강당으로 사용되던 구조체들을 사용하는 것은 역사의 보존이라는 점도 의미 있지만, 경제적이고 환경적이라는 시선에서도 바람직한 일이었다. 이 장소에는 문화의 숲이라는 브랜드의 철학을 담은 메이드림’MADE 林’과 자연으로 회귀하려는 인간의 DNA에 쉼의 본질과 자연에 대한 소망을 담은 메이드림(may-dream)의 뜻을 담은 브랜드가 자리한다. 우리는 교회를 복합문화공간으로 탈바꿈해 새 생명을 불어넣었다. 예배당의 시간은 지났지만, 여전히 과거와 이어진 현재 속에서 이제는 메이드림만의 역사를 써 내려가고 있다.
