Description(English)	The design concept focuses on gathering local culture and tradition, passing down the spirit of traditional buildings. In this space, seasonal changes can be seen in front of people’s eyes, and all the things and people’s movements and existence can be felt. The red brick exterior wall offers a rather private courtyard space. The wooden material applied for division can be found between surfaces and lines, embellishing the space exquisitely. When sunlight shines in, the atmosphere outside and inside the building appear both soft and gentle. There are also pathways connecting each house, which is a part of the traditional layout of siheyuan.
Description(Native)	設計團隊替銷售計畫為期10年、以“永久建物”為概念替建築接待中心所做的設計規劃，並透過"曬穀場"、"稻埕"為設計概念起源，希望在當地留下時空的記憶點，融合在地人文文化、生活民情，不僅成為在地地標，也凝聚過去、現在與未來傳承下的建築本質與特色。建築在外觀設計上，以紅磚材質，作為牆面主要材料，線面之間盡是中式傳統建築的特色，同時搭配現代主義俐落線條，構成台灣稻埕文化，成為在地建築歷史變遷的縮影…室內在開窗的設計上，也用了較開放的形式，拉近城市街廓與在地住民的距離，建築之內與戶外庭園造景緊密連結，讓構成生活的三大基本元素：“陽光、空氣、水“可以自然流動。設計，透過建築的方式，傳承未來生活與人文文的特色與日常。設計概念上秉持集合在地文化民情，延續傳統建築精神，將鮮明的四季轉映入眼簾，並感知人事物的動靜存在。外觀以紅磚牆，提供了對外界比較隱密的庭院空間，在分割與線面的進退之間，以實木細膩收尾，當陽光迤灑而下，建築內外氛圍倏忽柔和，情緒起伏僅在轉折之間，從容不迫。建築面向庭院更設計有有抄手遊廊（抄手遊廊，中國傳統建築中走廊的一種常用形式）連接室內各區域。藉由設計，將曬穀場的特色表現出來…建築前後以兩道5米高牆，分別座臥著兩棟建物，前後差距劃分出一片廣場的形式，將早期人家靠天吃飯的辛勞努力，藉由建築的形式表現出來…構成中央一方庭院為「公共空間」，植樹栽花，具採光、通風等機制，二個量體以玻璃屋概念設計，將金屬構件規劃在室內，維持外在載體的通透質感，映襯藍天、應和微風、吸收陽光…。
