Description(English)	The designer integrates inspiration which transformed from the dancing ribbon into the space design, not only makes it as a link between the upper and lower relationships as a metaphor of the city's rhythm and vitality. The "ribbon" starts from the ground plane and surrounds the interior of the building, creating a sense of volume and line inside. It guides visitors to visit the internal space, and at the same time ingeniously resolves the traditional, static, box-like space display form.Functions: public hall, ladder square, reading coffee, parent-child learning.People stay, communicate and gather here.
Description(Native)	TOD（Transit-Oriented-Development）项目以公共交通为导向，它具备商业、办公、居住、轨道交通等混合功能，作为当代生活里不可或缺的城市单元体。项目位于成都的天府新区昌公堰TOD规划内。本案作为多个公共交通人流集散的重要空间节点，在此打造一处既有标志性又能让快速流动的人群愿意停留的公共空间是项目的出发点。 1.设计概念-舞动的丝带 设计师将舞动的丝带化为灵感融入空间设计之中，不仅作为链接上下关系的纽带，隐喻城市的律动，城市活力。“丝带”从地平面开始，环绕包裹着建筑的内部，构建出了建筑内部的体量感与线条感。它引导参观者游历内部空间，同时巧妙地化解了传统的，静态的方盒子式的空间展示形式。 2.城市公共空间 功能：公共大厅、阶梯广场、阅读咖啡、亲子学习 对于周边的人群而言，公共空间是联系周边群体生活的纽带，以社交为中心，空间满足多样的使用需求，或是休闲交流，或是独自沉浸在阅读的世界，或是文化沙龙活动的阶梯广场，可以容纳多样化的需求。人们在此停留、交流、聚会。
