Description(English)	Cordy is an intelligent home medical kit designed specifically for hypertensive patient. It integrates the daily habits of taking medication and monitoring blood pressure, redefining patient self-monitoring and chronic disease management. The Cordy kit includes a handheld testing device, charging base, and portable pill box. Through the Cordy app, users can view long-term blood pressure trends and receive targeted medication and lifestyle guidance. If any abnormality is detected, the app provides guidance on illness with the help of AI. This overall solution addresses two major problems - inefficient home monitor and irregular medication.
Description(Native)	高血压是当前世界主要死亡原因之一。老年高血压患者需要终生服药，不能自行中断，否则会造成血压反弹。Cordy重新定义了病人的血压监测方式，设计出一款家用医疗监测套组，它将慢性病人每日必须的吃药习惯和检测血压的习惯相融合，尽可能减少病人忘记服药的情况，提高检测次数，全力帮助病人恢复健康。 Cordy包含了一个手握式检测设备，充电底座和一个便携式药盒。手握检测设备借助了先进的算法，为用户提供了实时且持续的血压数据，方便用户的检测。两个便携药盒赋予用户丰富的空间，放置更多不同的药物。充电底座可以帮助手握检测设备实现无线充电。同时，为了更好地提升用户体验，Cordy还包含了一款面向老年人的APP，给予老人多项使用指导，包括：检测方式指导，药物服用指导，反馈结果指导以及AI问诊。
