Description(English)	Located in Neihu District, Taipei—a dense, high-tech area with many young, educated, high-income residents—this 102-unit project targets young people and newlyweds. It integrates vertical green spaces, natural light, and corner areas to form a “vertical village.” Floors 1–3 provide public services such as elderly care, kindergartens, and community spaces. From the 4th floor up, residential units feature open corners, greenery, and circulation, with each level resembling a small village—promoting interaction and blending seamlessly into urban life.
Description(Native)	台北市一個密度很高的城市，內湖區屬於高科技發展的區域，居住許多年輕、高知識、高收入的人口。這個案子只有102戶，主要針對年輕市民與剛剛結婚的家庭。大量的綠地與轉角空間被放在垂直的空間中，利用光線與景觀組合垂直的建築表情。一到三樓設計為公共服務的平台，有長輩的照顧中心，幼兒園，社區服務空間等等。四樓以上是居住單元，搭配建築物角落的開放空間，每一層都像是一個村落。各自有各自的開放空間、綠地、動線，同時照顧每一個市民，讓這棟建築成為都市的一部分。 我們提出一個「Share Village」的概念，針對社會中五種弱勢的對象，以七種態度及策略企圖連結社區資源及整合公共利益，以此機會創造雙重價值，既可關懷、照顧弱勢族群的需要，亦可供給原有社區開放空間做使用，提供停車等問題的解決方案，帶來務實的公共住宅實踐策略。同時，利用綠建築的設計概念，除了通風採光的策略之外，大量的採用回收材料所製成的磁磚、玻璃等，甲醛含量最低的油漆、設計當中已經大量推廣綠色生活的觀念。 景觀的設計概念，整個社區就是都市的綠洲，廣場、中庭、兒童遊戲空間、屋頂、街角廣場...等皆能看見植物，引入適度的陽光，植物的設計以多種觀賞視角與高度分層呼應大自然，也透過綠地設置與鋪面的材料維持最大量的透水，實踐永續生活的概念。大片的草坪，以及豐富的色彩，景觀會隨著季節變化，運用大量的台灣原生種的植物，在不需多加養護、灌溉的狀況下，可讓昆蟲、鳥類更容易親近覓食與繁殖，各類的物種皆有各自的生長空間，也像是一個「Share Village」。
