Description(English)	River Moon represents Nanjing's premier luxury residential project. Spanning approximately 225,000㎡, it features a 21,000㎡ full-scale demonstration zone. The design integrates Nanjing's cultural icon "Yunjin brocade," weaving its warp-weft patterns into modern architecture. The main entrance features majestic 8-meter cantilevered canopies with bronze stainless steel finishes, evoking museum grandeur. The central sunken garden forms a multidimensional innovation hub where terraced landscapes interlock with "functional cubes" including: dancing fountains, illuminated bridges, lounge seating, and a clubhouse with cigar lounge and pool.
Description(Native)	金陵月华由华发股份与绿城中国合作开发，打造南京顶豪产品。总建面约22.5万方，6个面积段11余种户型，打造约2.1万方全维实景示范区。金陵月华设计紧紧围绕南京重要人文记忆“云锦”展开，将云锦的经纬交织与现代建筑美学相融合，打造具有浓厚文化韵味和现代生活气息的豪宅社区。在归家动线设计上，提取南京传统中式建筑的轴线序列空间组织，通过一进府门、二进庭院、三进大堂、四进下沉庭院、五进风雨连廊联系主楼，形成具有仪式感、品质有价值感的“归园五境”。在南北入口，均打造整体高约8米、主材质为古铜色不锈钢、极具悬浮感的华盖建筑造型，带来如博物馆一般的宏伟感观。下沉庭院，是园区中心庭院核心，是立体多维创新课题的载体，台地景观、戏水跳泉、廊桥灯光、休憩卡座、会所雪茄泳池等“盒子”与台地景观交织咬合，落地窗对外借景取景和自然采光，场景氛围感十足。
