Description(English)	SUR restaurant's design honors its 1950s soap factory origins, preserving concrete textures and features like circular columns. The design blends this history with a modern vision of "infinite continuation," reflected in a wave-like ceiling with layered lighting. Five tables radiate from the kitchen, symbolizing ongoing culinary creation. Lighting uses three color temperatures and custom pendants to showcase dishes. Reclaimed wood tables contrast with concrete, and glass bricks mark the entrance. SUR is a sensory experience where past and present merge, embodying culinary innovation.
Description(Native)	現有的結構擁有獨特的圓柱和拱形天花樑，為設計提供了強大的基礎。 設計並沒有抹去過去，而是讚揚工廠的歷史。 原有的混凝土表面滲透著歲月的痕跡，被仔細地保留下來。 牆壁上斑駁的紋理和瑕疵，尤其是面向綠河的彎曲扇形外牆，均未做任何修飾，為建築的前世今生提供了視覺見證。 這種原始的背景與空間中精緻的美食和現代的介入形成對比. 無限延續」是主廚烹飪哲學的核心概念，透過天花板有節奏的起伏，在空間上得以詮釋。 這種波浪狀的圖案結合了紋理塗料和策略性放置的燈光，喚起了一種無止境的運動感和無限的潛力。 五張餐桌的精心佈置進一步強化了這一主題，每張餐桌都從中央廚房向外輻射，就像圓周上的點一樣，象徵著源源不絕的烹飪創作之旅。燈光設計對 SUR 氛圍的塑造起著舉足輕重的作用。 我們採用了層次分明的方法，利用三種不同的色溫（2600K、3000K 和 400K）在天花板上創造出微妙但可察覺的光線漸變。 這種細微的方法增加了波浪圖案的深度和複雜性，增強了視覺效果。 此外，每盞造價高達 400 美元以上的訂製吊燈都是經過精心挑選的，因為它們能夠提供無眩光、可調整的照明，對於展示複雜的菜餚藝術至關重要。 這些燈具是從與博物館合作照亮精緻藝術品的專家處採購，可精確控制光線強度與方向，確保每道菜餚都能以最悅目的光線呈現 .
