Description(English)	SUR restaurant's design honors its 1950s soap factory origins, preserving concrete textures and features like circular columns. The design blends this history with a modern vision of "infinite continuation," reflected in a wave-like ceiling with layered lighting. Five tables radiate from the kitchen, symbolizing ongoing culinary creation. Lighting uses three color temperatures and custom pendants to showcase dishes. Reclaimed wood tables contrast with concrete, and glass bricks mark the entrance. SUR is a sensory experience where past and present merge, embodying culinary innovation.
