Description(English)	This rice flour bakery project aims to be a hub for deepening agricultural understanding. We embody the concept of soil creation using agricultural waste like rice straw, and utilize construction surplus soil for rammed earth finishes. This achieves local production and consumption through architecture. We spark interest in agriculture by incorporating the hoe, spade, and sickle used in the ground-breaking ceremony into the design. The space distinctly categorizes "rice" and "bread" factions, while showcasing the borderless movement of products from the same raw material, spatially expressing the potential of rice-based goods.
Description(Native)	農業の理解を深める発信地とした米粉パン屋計画。米作りを中心に農業を営むこの企業は、稲わらや米ぬかによる堆肥を活用した土づくりと、化学農薬の使用を低減した持続性の高い農業生産方式を採用している。廃棄物を利用した土づくりの考えを踏襲し、工事中に発生した残土を、外壁の版築仕上げに利用した。廃棄となる工事中の土を新しい仕上げとして再生させ、建築による地産地消を実現している。 また、農作業道具にも着目し、工事の無事を祈願するための儀式である地鎮祭で使用した神具「鋤・鍬・鎌」をエントランスドアの取手などに使用した。これにより来訪者に道具を握るという行為を体験させ、農業への関心を持たせるきっかけをつくった計画である。 今回、米粉パン屋を計画するにあたり、日本人の朝食について調査した。その結果、米派とパン派はほぼ半々であり、偏りが無いことが分かった。この米派かパン派かというカテゴリー分けを、同一原材料(米)の商品でボーダーレスにしつつ、パンの販売エリアと、米の販売エリアを仕上げ材で明確に分け、この境界線を人も商品も自由に行き来できるようにすることで、米による商品の可能性を空間で表現した。
