Description(English)	Melanoma can be easily overlooked because it looks similar to a common mole. For this reason, the American Academy of Dermatology offers the ‘ABCDE rules’, a method to distinguish melanoma. In collaboration with H&M, we propose a tag that can raise awareness of melanoma and assist in early detection. We chose clothing tags because they contain important information about clothing, such as size and price. The transparent film tag allows users to place it on their skin and compare common moles with melanomas. This enables users to naturally access a melanoma comparison guide using the ‘ABCDE rules’.
Description(Native)	흑색종은 매년 발병률이 증가하고 있으며, 조기 발견이 매우 중요한 피부암입니다. 하지만 이것은 귀 뒤, 무릎 뒤, 발바닥 등 눈에 잘 띄지 않는 신체 부위에서도 나타날 수 있을 뿐만 아니라, 일반 점과 비슷하게 생겨 쉽게 간과할 수 있습니다. 이러한 이유로, 미국 피부 학회는 흑색종을 구분할 수 있는 방법인 ‘ABCDE 룰’을 제공하고 있습니다. 이에 우리는 H&M과 함께 흑색종에 대한 인식을 높이고 조기 발견을 도와줄 수 있는 태그를 제안합니다. 이에, 우리는 고객이 일상 속에서 옷을 쇼핑하면서 흑색종에 대한 정보를 자연스럽게 알 수 있도록, 태그는 무심코 지나치기 쉽지만, 사실 사이즈나 가격 등 의류에 대한 중요한 정보를 담고 있다는 점에서 해당 매체를 선택하게 되었습니다. 이렇게 투명 필름으로 된 태그는 사용자가 직접 피부에 갖다대어 흑색종과 ‘진짜' 점을 비교할 수 있도록 돕습니다. 이를 통해 사용자는 ABCDE 룰을 활용한 흑색종 비교 가이드를 자연스럽게 접하고, 흑색종이 의심될 시에 태그에 적힌 NCI의 번호로 전화해 가까운 진료 기관을 안내 받을 수 있도록 합니다. ‘Check your TAGS’ 캠페인은 평소 살펴보지 않았던 ‘점’을 유심히 관찰해야 한다는 메시지를 전달하였습니다.
