Description(English)	The HSC360 Sand Mixing Truck is a high-performance equipment specifically engineered for fracturing and acidizing operations in deep shale gas and tight oil/gas reservoirs. Addressing the limitations of conventional sand mixing trucks - including monotonous design, modular assembly, functional fragmentation, chaotic piping systems, low automation levels, and inadequate ergonomic considerations - this innovative design achieves comprehensive optimization of structure, operation, and aesthetics through systematic industrial design innovation, meeting the demanding requirements of precision operations under complex working conditions.
Description(Native)	HSC360混砂车是针对页岩气田与致密性油气田深井压裂、酸化作业需求研发的高效装备。针对传统混砂车存在的造型单一、拼装化、功能分散、管路杂乱、自动化控制程度低及人机工程考量不足等问题，本设计通过系统性工业设计创新，实现结构、操作与美学的全面优化，满足复杂工况下的高精度作业要求。在满足功能的基础上，追求紧凑兼顾美感，同时优化部件的选购；对操作区域、车身功能单元模块和维修单元进行合理划分。利用防护板，巧妙的划分出工具存储空间，满足作业时的使用需要。采用独特布局结构设计，满足油田路况行驶要求。车身采用半防护的设计理念，虚实结合设计手法，充分考虑使用环境因素，确立以红黑为主色调，拥有现代产品的工业美感、形式大气稳重、视觉新颖。 管路设计运用BIM与数字仿真技术，重构管路走向与逻辑，实现整齐、美观、便于维护的管路系统。生产中按照模拟的结果进行组装，方便快捷、出错少。根据管路的种类和使用场合不同，采用不同管种相结合的设计，同时对流向进行整体识别设计，清晰、可读性强，便于维修维护。走线整齐美观，无松动，无自由坠落，同一走向的管线平行，间隙一致。 控制系统集成国际先进技术，实现本地与远程的高精度自动控制，包括砂液密度、添加剂比例、排量等关键参数，确保作业安全高效。双螺旋输砂器支持独立控制与正反转操作，满足复杂施工要求，避免堵砂；混合罐采用“罐中套罐”结构，保证混砂均匀，增强系统可靠性。控制室与仪表盘经人机工学优化，配以不锈钢护栏与高识别性标贴，兼顾工业美感与操作安全。
