Description(English)	This project is a regeneration, preservation and adaptive reuse of an industrial heritage site, based on research into the village architecture of Lintianshan Forestry Cultural Park. It introduced a new spatial concept, continuing the footsteps of the previous residents while giving the buildings new purposes. This aims to restore the original valuable forestry architectural structures and allow people to witness the forestry life beneath the historical traces, creating a sense of place that evolve with time. The regional community culture grows with the legacy of the forestry culture.
Description(Native)	在永續思維已成為建築起始概念之今日，適應性再利用已經成為全球建築師必須面對的建築型態。同時在全球化與數位化造成建築樣式均質化的現象下，重新思考地域性文化脈絡在建築空間的角色也變得越來越重要。 本案為歷史聚落之修復再利用，不只是適應性再利用，也是使用目的的改變，從工業遺址轉變為對大眾開放的林業文化園區，林業保育署在本案目標為林業文化再現。在聚落概念上保留過去生活的軌跡，但同時在場所精神上可以做包容性社區文化創新，空間作為文化認同的載體，融合新舊不斷演化，形成林田山聚落文化的獨特性。 本案基地位於花東縱谷，為台灣四大林場之一，日治時期這個伐木基地稱為「森坂Morisaka 」，日語意為森林密植的斜坡。林業開發全盛時期曾有林業鐵路車站、工廠、辦公室、餐廳、冰店、診所和宿舍等完整機能。這些日式宿舍承載了台灣地域性歷史脈絡和林業文化的軌跡，目前聚落仍有少數居民。 本案設計範圍有：原子炭工廠、宿舍、餐廳、冰店和修復再利用必要設施。作為修復再利用概念的一部分，新舊建築、歷史和地景的對話是本案的設計重點。 在設計手法上，視覺元素不僅僅是恢復原貌，新的建築語彙目的在追求木材與不同建築空間中的『異材質』結合之美，如木/金屬、木/石頭、木/混凝土等，試圖在不同的木材表面處理和光線元素上演繹地域性美學，探索新木構建築與舊木構建築的對話，試圖在遺跡中以建築的元素注入新生命。 1.保留生活文化的軌跡 2.台灣林業生活文化沉浸式體驗 3.來自過去的工藝技術 4.園區運營的可持續性 5.配置和修復創新性。
