Description(English)	How can two tenants distinguish from each other in public space?and designs “2+1” rooms for them. The design concept is based on "symmetry, order and sharing", and the symmetrical lines rhythm in order and extends to the depth of the home. For the construction method, it uses the stacked paint to color the main wall of the living room. The complicated materials show the artistic sense of painting, the symmetrical lines and the color blocks of the space which brings out the harmony, quietness, and calm. Furthermore, it also interprets the harmonious beauty of modern life with order and rhythm.
Description(Native)	現代的都會族群由於房價過高多以租房取代買房，而城市人口密度逐年增加，同時也造成居住坪數受限，公寓住宅在有限的坪數下，如何有效利用空間？租屋族群如何過有品質的現代生活？ 這個專案為解決空間坪數上的受限，提供投資客以都會租客為族群，兩位房客如何在公共空間上可以區分場域？設計師規劃2+1房的空間，設計概念以「對稱、秩序、共享」為主軸，對稱的線條以秩序的律動延伸家中的深度，在工法上別出心裁運用堆疊的塗漆規劃客廳公共空間的主牆，繁複的工料呈現油畫塗抹的藝術感，搭配空間的對稱線條、色塊區隔打造空間的「諧、靜、 謐」，以秩序、律動詮釋現代生活的和諧美感。 結合「共享」的議題，在拉折門的規劃上，巧妙區隔空間的場域，保持客、餐廳的串聯，也為兩位租客擴增一處彈性的空間，以便生活上的區隔，共享空間同時保留開放與隱私，有品質的生活在於能夠區分公與私的生活場域，讓生活保留自己的獨特性，是我們想傳達現代共享的生活哲學。
