Description(English)	Although it's only a seven-story apartment building, we have invited the top structural engineering firm in Taiwan to conduct safety evaluations and designs at the highest standards. In terms of appearance and public facilities, we have partnered with the leading design firm, allowing the entire building to break away from the ordinary framework, transforming residences into eye-catching artworks. With a ceiling height of 3.6 meters, which is usually seen in luxury homes, even smaller residences can enjoy spaciousness without feeling cramped.
Description(Native)	這是一座七層公寓，結構方面邀請全台第一把交椅築遠工程，以最高規格的要求進行安全性的評估設計。外觀與公設方面，由商空界設計龍頭晴天見執刀，讓整棟建築造型能跳脫一般框架，住宅不僅僅是住宅，而是能讓眾人所矚目的藝術品。 僅在豪宅能見的3.6米樓高尺度，讓小宅也能有不壓迫的空間。大面積落地玻璃，替室內帶來充足明亮的採光。透過空間巧妙分配，讓住宅公領域有著最大尺度，與市售鳥籠房有截然不同空間感受。全部量身訂製精裝修交屋，住戶無須再獨自面對後續裝修的各總雜項煩惱。住戶不用擔心未來售後服務找不到人，因為此案相關人員，幾乎全數皆有購買，用最實際的行動，證明完成此案的決心。 富有變化的簡約風格：得利於現代工法塑形而成的主造型，以弧形勾勒流暢柔和的線條，每個角度皆能展現不同的光影變化。設計上以白色塗料作為基底色調，不僅呈現了純淨素雅的外觀印象，也讓不同時間點的光線渲染其中，帶出活潑的風貌，使其坐落於城市之中也能脫穎而出。 城市中的標誌性建築： 以清新明亮的白色作為主色調，而每一片造型都彷彿藝術品般的獨特存在，藉由彼此錯落而成的角度，讓整體的光影呈現豐富的變化。如同在都市之中，一群有著相同價值觀的人們共同努力，成就彼此，獨樹一格。 舒適的宜居空間：以和諧圓融的白點綴些許的綠意，猶如建築與自然之間的和諧互動。它所帶來的價值與美感也不只受益於居民，更豐富了整個城市的藝術氣息。即讓藝術坐落於城市之中，讓人們陶冶在藝術之中。
