CM Jao, co-founder of Oft Interiors Ltd and a graduate of the Hong Kong Polytechnic University School of Design (2007), specializes in shopping malls and leisure spaces. After gaining extensive experience in international interior design firms, he co-founded Oft Interiors with Ken Cheung in 2013 to energize the city's design landscape. They focus on creating bespoke commercial spaces, particularly cinemas and retail shops, that enhance user experience.
CM believes each project has unique characteristics, allowing for innovative spatial exploration. He emphasizes that successful designs foster a deep connection between people and their environments. With a portfolio of over 100 completed projects across Hong Kong, China and Asia Pacific, Oft Interiors is recognized for its fresh perspective and commitment to pushing the boundaries of design in the industry.
